The Coonamble Neighbourhood Centre (CNC) Coordinator facilitates a monthly meeting for workers of services and programs to come together, share information, plan community events and activities and to meet community needs. TOGETHER PARTNERSHIP GROUP (TPG)
The TPG is a community and services partnership that governs new ways of working, evaluates local service delivery, develops and reviews strategies for key issues, and ensures everyone is working together towards this shared vision. The Together Partnership Group (TPG) are a group that builds and maintains, the momentum of inter agency coordination efforts, ensures community voices influence decision making and keeps services and the community connected.
